At Tanihari Jewels, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you face any issue, we are here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong product
You received the wrong size (only for selected products)
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.

Order number
Unboxing video
Photos of the product
Reason for return
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process return requests.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via:
Original payment method, or
Store credit (based on the case)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made jewelry
Engraved or personalized products
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Products purchased during sale
Minor color difference due to lighting/photography
Exchange Policy:
We offer size exchange for rings within 5 days of delivery (only once per order).
Customers will need to bear the shipping cost for exchanges.
Important Notes:
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Damaged products due to misuse or wear will not be accepted.
Tanihari Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
